The Company’s registered and paid-up capital at the amount of Baht 1,150,000,000.- are able to separate into 1,150,000,000 Shares, at the value of Baht 1 per each share
The policy is to pay dividend at minimum 40% of the net profit from the operating performance of each year depending on economic atmosphere of the country, industrial estate market condition and cash flow position of the company.

Securities holders can submit request forms for dividend to bank accounts, and specified supplement documents to the TSD.

In case of the scriptless holding, securities holders can submit via securities companies from which they receive services.

A registrar will deposit dividend into bank accounts after a securities issuer requests to make dividend payments to bank accounts of securities holders or securities owners.
