     Re  :  Explanation on Joint Venture with Singapore for Hi-tech Park
    
     As there was news about joint venture with a Singaporean Investor for
     Hi-tech Park in some newspaper, which may cause misunderstanding, we would
     like to clarify as follows :-
    
     Amata is now in the process of conducting a feasibility study on the joint
     venture project with the Ascendas, Singapore. The result of the study will
     be completed within next 6 months.
